Captial Krav Maga members are welcome to take part in our strength training programs. Capital Kettlebell Club was developed to support the Capital Krav Maga and Newlands Taekwondo students develop movement and strenght.

Our plan is to develop high movement quality in the fundamental body movements, building from the ground up. Strengthen this movement quality by adding load.

The club has been succesfully trainined High Level Taekwondo competitors and some of the highest ranking Krav Maga students in Ireland today. We are dedicated to ensuring you move well, lift well and have fun while doing it! We wont ask you to lift something thats too heavy but we will ask you to lift everything using the proper techinque.

We adhere to the StrongFirst training principles. StrongFirst is the gold standard when it comes to strength training we we apply their training methods within our club. We attend workshops and certify our instructors with StrongFirst.

Strength has a greater purpose.
