Beginners

We are pleased to announce our next 4-week Krav Maga beginner course starting on the 9th of January in Clondalkin.

During the course you will learn vital skills to defend yourself and your loved ones in the event of a dangerous situation. You will learn techniques for defending punches, kicks, knife attacks & threats, ground attacks and how to deal with multiple attackers.

You will also learn to identify different types of violent situations and learn the skills & awareness needed to avoid or deescalate situations at the earliest possible stage. On top of the self defence training our classes include plenty of padwork rounds to help you build fitness, improve cardio and get into better
shape.

If improving fitness is a major goal for you, as an extra bonus, we are including optional strength & conditioning training into this cycle of beginner courses. Our strength & conditioning training uses Kettlebell, Barbell & Bodyweight exercises to improve mobility & flexibility, build overall strength and improve aerobic conditioning.

No previous experience or fitness level is needed. Our instructors have over 14 years’ experience taking complete beginners and training them to a high level of fitness and skill. Many of our advanced class came to us through beginner courses and are still training over a decade later.

The course runs over 4-weeks, training twice-per-week, Mondays & Wednesdays at 8pm.The cost of the course is €50 and includes 8 sessions from 9th January up to the 1st February

After the beginner month you will be ready to join our team and continue into our weekly training, further increasing your skills and fitness.
